Cameron Steven Kayne

Bassist Cameron Steven Kayne is a freshman in the Jazz Studies Program at Purchase College. Cameron's father is also a jazz musician so he has been influenced by his exposure to jazz at a very early age.
Cameron has performed in various venues in and around his hometown of Buffalo, New York. He has studied privately with many great bassists including; Paul LaDuca, Mike Downes, John Patitucci, Jeff Campbell, and Gil Pease Cameron is currently a student of Todd Coolman. Cameron hopes to pursue a career in jazz performance and education.
